Strategic Focus Area 1- Information and Technology: Utilize information, data management, and technology to enhance decision making and service delivery. To embrace technology to support transformation and efficiency.
Strategic Focus Area 2- Growth and Efficiency: Strengthen the economic sustainability of CCHC through hiring and expanding service capabilities. To deliver clear performance measures and reporting across the organization, identifying trends for improved outcomes.
Strategic Focus Area 3- Staff Development: To improve support of staff through performance measures, member services, and training programs. To create a dynamic workforce with the tools and opportunities for success.
Strategic Focus Area 4- Partnerships: To provide the most relevant and accessible services, CCHC will continue to develop and maintain partnerships to meet the needs of the client population
